Moonface

A poem I was about to send her.

Hey I really missed you. I made a poem about how it felt.

Moonface

It had been a while since I was afraid of the dark.

Your voice, my glowing moon
there now, doubtful shades flutter and fade.

The night only brings more of them.
I look for the moon because it was always there for me.

I saw beauty in its craters
and it in turn saw me to rest.
